Corie Wightlin is a compassionate ADHD and executive functioning coach dedicated to helping neurodiverse individuals and families uncover the root of their challenges and develop sustainable strategies for success. With a BA in Cognitive Science, a Master’s in Education and Literacy, and training in mindfulness and ADHD life coaching, she blends personal experience with professional expertise to support clients in improving time management, productivity, and emotional well-being. Through a non-judgmental and practical approach, Corie empowers clients to set boundaries, reframe unhelpful thoughts, and build self-care practices that align with their values. Based in San Diego with her family and two rescue dogs, she is passionate about creating a supportive space where clients can gain confidence and thrive.
